Once we receive your order, we endeavour to have all items posted within 2 business days. If for any reason this cannot occur within 2 business days we will inform you via email at the earliest possible stage.
Domestic Customers
All products are shipped via Australia Post using standard delivery postage. This allows us to keep delivery costs to a minimum for you. You can expect your items to arrive 2 to 3 working days after shipping.
International Customers
All international items are shipped using airmail freight. This allows us to keep our prices low. Please allow between 7 and 14 working days for your order to arrive after shipping (depending upon your location).
General
All lemonmyrtle.com.au orders are securely packed before dispatch and we take no responsibility for items damaged by Australia Post. If you would like us to quote Australia Post insurance for your package (at an additional cost to you) please notify us when placing your order. We only recommend this if you feel uncomfortable when placing a large order. There have been no instances of packages arriving damaged, but we feel we should let you know all of your options before shopping with lemonmyrtle.com.au.
