How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100 within Australia.
A standard shipping rate of $10 applies to all orders under $50.
Express shipping is available for all orders for $15.

Metro: 2-3 business days
Regional: 4-6 business days
Remote: 7-10 business days

Return Policy
We hope that you'll be satisfied with our products, but on the off chance that you experience a quality issue, we're here to help!
We ask that you check the quantity and quality of each product upon delivery, and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied, please notify us as soon as possible.
As our products are made using locally grown, natural products and individual batches may vary slightly in appearance. This doesn't affect the quality of our products and a return request may not be accepted.

Once the faulty products are received in full, we will reimburse the value of the returned products or exchange within 30 days.
