Rice Cheese and Onion Pie
A pie with a twist!

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups cracker biscuit crumbs
2 sliced onions
2 cups boiled rice
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups grated cheese
1/2 diced tomato
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
2 tsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Seasoning
Use your imagination! Try curry powder, paprika or bush flavours like lemon myrtle, native thyme etc.
Method
- Beat the eggs and milk together.
- Combine all other ingredients and put into a 20cm greased pan.
- Bake at 170 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
